Yacht Imagine Charter with A Chef On Board

We can arrange, at an additional charge, to have a chef onboard so you can experience the best in fine cuisine whilst aboard Yacht Imagine. Dinner can be served above or below deck as you wish. With mother nature providing a perfect backdrop to any meal, we wouldn't want you to miss a second!

We will ask, prior to arrival onboard, everyone's preferences and we will make sure you will be delighted with the dishes served. This includes, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Soft drinks, spirits and wines...also make sure you let us know your favourite drinks!

• Terrine of foie gras & honey chicken with toast and salad

Sample Main Course

• Beef fillet served with potatoes and seasonal vegetables
• Roast rump of lamb with rocket & parmesan, root vegetable & cumin mash
• Roast organic pork with apple, new potatoes, vegetable parcels
• Duck breast with star anise & five spice marinade, parsnips, vanilla & lime
• Fillet of salmon with vegetable risotto, courgette spaghetti and spinach rosti

• Lemon tart served with crème fraîche and bramble sauce
