Sail & Seafood Lunch Excursions

• Itinerary
• 11.00 Meet at Pantalan del Meiterraneo Briefing and boat orientation.
• 11.15 Depart for Illetas. Around 1/2 hour to our chosen anchorage. Cava cocktails and snacks will be served en route.
• 12.00-12.45 Anchor at Illetas. Guests will have the chance to enjoy the bay or simply relax onboard while we prepare a very special lunch.
• 12.45 - 14.30 The buffet table will be set at approximately 1230 hrs at which time oysters will be opened and served.

Day Sailing Charter Lunch

• Lobsters are cooked in a traditional Swedish way, using spring water, dill and sea salt. They are served cold, split and cracked.
• 2 day cured Gravad Lax Norwegian salmon sides with dill, sea salt, sugar and honey.
• Shrimp/prawns from the Caribbean Sea ( head and shell removed) presented with Seafood Sauce
• North Sea Danish herring in delicious curry sauce.
• Fresh baked breads, green salads, small Mallorquin potatoes, a cheese board and fruits will all be presented with the above seafood.

• 14.30 Depart to enjoy a wonderful afternoon sail to Palma.

• 15.00 Arrive Palma and disembark.

Price includes soft drinks, beer and wine in addition to a special welcome cava cocktail on embarkation. The cruise is available to groups or individual bookings. If a group wishes to charter Yacht Imagine for the whole day, the above menu will be available at a rate of 50.00 euros per head in addition to our standard charter rates.

• Starter: Melon with Parma ham
• 1st main: Anchor at Illetas. Guests will have the chance to enjoy the bay or simply relax onboard while we prepare a very special lunch.
• 2nd main: The buffet table will be set at approximately 1230 hrs at which time oysters will be opened and served.
• Dessert: Cava Sorbet with fresh fruits
• Served with appropriate salads and fresh baked bread

• Includes a 3 course menu, unlimited white and red wine, beer, soft drinks, crewed yacht charter with captain & stewardess.
• Starter: Carpaccio of salted cod with tapanade
• Main course: Variety of Panecillos Suprema de Lubina with salsa of Ceps and spinach
• Dessert: Fruit salad with coconut ice cream.

• Includes a 3 course menu, soft drinks with the meal, crewed yacht charter with captain & stewardess.
• Starter: Carpaccio of salted cod with tapanade
• Main course: Variety of Panecillos Suprema de Lubina con salsa de Ceps y Espinacas
